BONSAI "Syou-Chiku-Bai"

Hello.
Today, Takamatsu is hot winter.
It is 18 temperature.

This is the decoration at the New Year of BONSAI.
Japanese say, "Syou-Chiku-Bai".
Syou is Pine. Chiku is bamboo. Bai is plum tree.

















I made this pot.
In this pot, there is no pine.
But, it is a decoration at the New Year of Japan.

Asia Pacific Ocean bonsai suiseki Exhibition

About Bonsai suiseki exhibition......

It is done once every two years in Asia, and it becomes the 10th because of holding in 2009.

It is a big exhibition with participation from the country and the region where 20 countries such as United States Europe Australia are passed around each country of Asia.

To our regret, up to now, there are neither a home of the bonsai nor holding in Japan, I want to hold the exhibition in 2011.

Takamatsu City formally obtained approval in the Japanese candidate site.
The decision is decided at the 10th exhibition of doing in Taiwan of the coming year of 09 years.
